Emily and her dog. This is kind of slow, but it shows what we do all day long. Its gets really funny around the 4 minute mark.

Fire

Our neighbor caught his house on fire and as a result has made himself and his mother temporarily homeless. He was smoking and put a lit cigarette into a Styrofoam cup inside his car and walked away. He's 30 years old and still lives at home, is unemployed and has a history of mental illness. This is why I REALLY want to move.

There were 6 ladder trucks, 2 fire investigators, 2 sheriff deputies, unknown number of PSE trucks, and a news truck.

This burned out truck will likely sit here for the next 10 years.

Easter at Pat and Steve's House

We all got a special treat this year, got to go to Pat and Steve's for Easter dinner. As soon as we got there Emily wanted to go on the beach. I never even got a picture of her in her Easter dress.

Emily was invited over to hunt eggs with the neighbor boy Bryce. She did really well and had a great time.
